 Tell us which bike you want, when you're arriving and how long you're planning to stay. We'll confirm availability and answer any questions.

Step 2 — Sign your rental agreement online
 We send you a digital rental agreement to complete before your rental starts. Takes about 2 minutes and can be done from your phone.

Step 3 — Pay securely online
 We accept Credit Card, Debit Card and Apple Pay via Stripe. Your ฿2,000 security deposit is included in the payment and refunded within 5-10 business days of returning the bike.

Step 4 — Get your bike
 We deliver to your hotel or accommodation, or you can pick up from our shop near Central Festival. Your bike will be clean, ready and fully equipped with two helmets and a mobile holder.

Step 5 — Extend anytime
 Want to stay longer? Just WhatsApp us and we'll extend your rental. Extensions are priced at the same long term rate — no penalty, no hassle.


What Happens If Something Goes Wrong?

We understand that accidents happen. At Papaya Rentals we handle all damage exclusively through Honda Sangchai Panich — an official Honda dealership in Chiang Mai. You pay the exact amount stated in their official quote, with no markups and no hidden fees. We are transparent about every cost from start to finish.

In the event of an accident involving other people or vehicles, contact us immediately on WhatsApp and call 191 for police or 1155 for Tourist Police. We will guide you through the process.
